- A valid email address is required.
- A valid phone number is required.
- Duplicate accounts may be removed or disqualified.
- Participants must follow all local laws.
- Participants must respect private property.
- No trespassing or entering restricted areas.
- No tampering with QR codes or hunt materials.
- No cheating, fraud, abuse, duplication, or manipulation of the hunt.
- PRO-DEX may disqualify participants at its sole discretion for rule violations.
Privacy Notice
Information collected during registration may be used to administer the hunt, verify winners, communicate with participants, and improve future events. PRO-DEX will not sell participant information.
Participation & Liability Notice
- Participants are responsible for their own actions, safety, transportation, and decisions while participating.
- Participants must obey all laws, traffic regulations, posted signs, and property rules.
- Participants may not trespass, enter restricted areas, climb structures, enter unsafe locations, enter dangerous areas, or take unnecessary risks while participating.
- PRO-DEX does not direct participants to engage in dangerous activities.
- Participants are responsible for evaluating whether a location is safe and accessible before visiting.
- PRO-DEX, its owners, employees, affiliates, sponsors, and partners are not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, theft, loss, or other incidents that may occur during participation.
- Participants agree to release and hold harmless PRO-DEX from claims arising from voluntary participation in the hunt to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Prize Verification
- To claim certain rewards, prizes, leaderboard positions, or promotional items, participants may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID.
- The participant’s name and birth date provided during registration should match their identification.
- Failure to provide matching information may result in disqualification, forfeiture of rewards, denial of prize claims, or additional verification requirements.
- PRO-DEX reserves the right to verify participant identity before awarding prizes.
