PRO-DEX Hunt Registration & Participation Agreement
Eligibility & Requirements
- One account per participant.
- A valid email address is required.
- A valid phone number is required.
- Participants must follow all local laws.
- Participants must respect private property.
- No trespassing or entering restricted areas.
- No tampering with QR codes or hunt materials.
- No cheating, fraud, abuse, duplication, or manipulation of the hunt.
- PRO-DEX may disqualify participants at its sole discretion for rule violations.
Rules & Agreement
Privacy Notice
PRO-DEX collects registration data to manage the hunt, send updates, and verify eligibility. Your data will not be sold and will be handled according to standard privacy practices, ensuring secure management of your participation details throughout the event.
Participation & Liability Notice
Participants are responsible for their own safety, transportation, decisions, and actions while participating. You must obey all laws, traffic regulations, posted signs, and property rules. You may not trespass, enter restricted areas, climb structures, enter dangerous locations, or take unnecessary risks. PRO-DEX, its owners, employees, affiliates, sponsors, and partners are not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, theft, loss, or other incidents occurring during participation.
Prize Verification
Winners may be required to present government-issued photo identification when claiming rewards or prizes. The name and birth date entered during registration must match the participant’s identification. PRO-DEX may verify identity before issuing rewards. False information may result in disqualification. Multiple accounts created by the same person may be removed.
